The Health Care Management program is designed to prepare persons to be managers in health care settings. These managers are skilled, trained professionals who partner with pharmacists, radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other professionals to provide care and support to patients, their families, and communities. Concepts and knowledge gained in this program are applied to the specifics of management, financial control, and human relations. This program focuses on giving students a background in accounting, economics, and management in order to help manage the pharmacy and radiologic departments. Emphasis will be on giving students the skills and knowledge to help effectively control and organize a department.
