Just a short walk from classes, student housing at Northwest Iowa Community College is made up of four housing complexes
- opening Fall 2017
Northwest Iowa Community College is currently constructing Osceola Residence Hall which will be a 19,000 square foot building that will open in Fall, 2017.
Osceola Hall will consist of suites that will house 4 students. Each suites will consist of the following:
• Living room
• 2 bathrooms (each bathroom will service 2 people)
• 4 individual bedrooms (students will have their own private sleeping space).
In addition, the Osceola Hall walk out basement will feature a state of the art gaming room designed for several students to be playing at one time. Students in all existing residence halls will be able to access this gaming room as well. The new Residence Hall will house 40 students along with 2 Residence Assistant living spaces and accommodations for on onsite residence hall director.
Prices for the 2017-2018 Academic Year:
º Cherokee Hall (2 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $1600, Summer $775
º Cherokee Hall (1 bedroom, 2 person) – Fall/Spring $1700, Summer $825
º Lyon Hall & O'Brien Hall (2 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $1925, Summer $925
º Osceola Hall (4 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $2300, Summer $1100
