SGA is NCC’s student governing and leadership organization.
A President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer are elected yearly. Each program can elect class representatives to SGA. SGA members attend meetings twice a month, present student views, and report to their program on current issues. All students are welcome and encouraged to participate!
The Purposes of SGA are to:
- Plan activities of interest to the student body
- Develop and maintain a rapport among students, faculty, and administrative staff
- Be responsible for student activities conducted under college sponsorship
- Advise the administration on student needs
