Student housing at Northwest Iowa Community College is in four housing complexes–each just a short walk to classes.

**Our housing for Fall 2023 is FULL. Anyone who submits a housing application/deposit for the Fall of 2023 will be put on the housing waitlist and will be contacted in July if a spot comes available.
Applications for Summer 2023 and Fall 2024 are being accepted. Thank you.

Prices for the 2022-2023 Academic year
- Cherokee Hall (2 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $1750, Summer $860
- Cherokee Hall (1 bedroom, 2 person) – Fall/Spring $1850, Summer $910
- Lyon Hall & O’Brien Hall (2 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $2080, Summer $1010
- Osceola Hall (4 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $2500, Summer $1210
Housing Amenities
Each resident has access to a variety of amenities within or adjacent to the housing complex:

- Recreation room with big screen TV and available game check-out

- Gaming room in Osceola Hall with 8 gaming stations with 70” TVs, gaming consoles (Xbox, PlayStation and Wii), public computers and connections for students to hook up personal computers and consoles (available to all housing students)
- Basement in Osceola Hall to provide safe zone during inclement weather (available to all housing students).

Do you have single rooms?
Yes! New to NCC is Osceola Hall which is a suite style unit with four individual bedrooms.
Are the resident halls coed?
Yes, you may have a suite next door to the opposite sex.
When should I apply for housing?
On campus housing fills quickly so apply sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
How do I apply for housing?
You can find the housing application HERE. You will also need to submit a $190 housing deposit.
How are roommates assigned?
You can indicate on your housing application if there is a specific student you want to reside with. If no indication is given, we try to put students in the same program together.
