  • Cherokee Hall (1 bedroom, 2 person) – Fall/Spring $1735, Summer $840
  • Lyon Hall & O’Brien Hall (2 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $1965, Summer $940
  • Osceola Hall (4 bedroom, 4 person) – Fall/Spring $2350, Summer $1125

Osceola Hall

Northwest Iowa Community College recently opened Osceola Residence Hall, a 19,000 square foot building. Osceola Hall consist of suites that house four students. Each suite includes:

  • Living room
  • Kitchen
  • 2 bathrooms (each bathroom serves 2 people)
  • 4 individual bedrooms (students have their own private sleeping space).

In addition, the Osceola Hall walkout basement features a state of the art gaming room designed for several students to play at one time. Students in all existing residence halls can access this gaming room as well. The new Residence Hall houses 40 students, along with living spaces for two Residence Assistants and an onsite residence hall director.
