Childcare Provider Class
Non-Credit Provider Certificate
June 1–12, 2023
Hybrid (Online and On Campus portions)
This short-term, non-credit certificate program is intended to provide you with the knowledge, resources, and confidence to be successful in an entry-level childhood career, while also preparing you with the minimum training required of a first-year child care provider. You will have the opportunity to earn certification in CPR/First Aid and Mandatory Reporter training. The majority of class will be done in online modules and will be self-paced. Additionally, this class will cover employment readiness skills.
Cost & Financial Assistance
The cost of the class is $1,575*.
GAP assistance is available and is designed to help job seekers secure gainful employment in high-quality, local jobs.
GAP funding is intended for job seekers who:
• Have a household income at or below program guidelines
• Are unemployed
• Are underemployed
• Are dislocated workers
In addition to tuition assistance, GAP Navigators provide participants with personal, career and support services.
