Consumers are encouraged to ask questions with regard to any insurance arrangement, but none are more critical than when dealing with a Long Term Care Policy. However, the consumer often doesn’t know what questions to ask; so it becomes the responsibility of the insurance and financial professional to recognize and address common questions and concerns. An effective understanding can only result when the consumer understands the product, buys the concept, and trusts the professional.
