Circuit Training — LLRC

This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout– meaning a full-body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Plus, circuit training has all the metabolism and mood-boosting benefits of standard resistance training– just in a quicker format. (Erin)

Note: We need you to pre-register for group fitness classes – we require a minimum of five registrants to run a class, and we check our registration numbers two days before the start of the class. For example, we have Water Aerobics starting on a Monday night so we would check to see if we have five registrants on Friday. Must be a minimum of 13 years old to participate.
