Join us for a Cycle + Strength Pop-up Class on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 9:00 AM with Ashley Vander Wilt. A head to toe workout with the combination of indoor cycling and strength training, Ashley will be combining two great workouts into a 60-minute exercise session.
Free for members –$8 for guests.
