Get excited for NEW strength equipment! The East Strength Room at the LLRC will be getting a face-lift on Thursday, Aug. 13. The install will begin at approx. 8:00 AM, and the weight room will be unavailable while we move out old equipment, clean the weight room, and install NEW strength equipment!
