This class will be offered at no cost to secondary road operators in the 4 ½ county college area. The program will cover such topics as recognition of hazardous materials, the nature of hazardous materials, implementing a local emergency response plan, and reviewing the DOT emergency guidebook on identification. This class is offered at no cost by the four county Emergency Management Agencies.
