Have you received an Instapot as a gift or has yours been setting on the shelf unused? If you are afraid or unsure about the new batch of electronic pressure cookers, this is the class to take to get over those fears and learn how to use this tool to your advantage. In this class we’ll make some basics and explore some of the more exotic things you can do in an electric pressure cooker. Participants will be able to taste all the food prepared in class and should bring containers to take the leftovers home. All the recipes for the food prepared in class will be provided. *** Mariah Oliver, the instructor, will have additional recipes to share as well! Mariah is from Paullina and thanks to peer pressure jumped on the electric pressure cooker bandwagon and sings its praises. The counter top appliance has found its way into almost daily use; which is important as she keeps up with three kids and their schedules. Location: Sioux Center Library. 1 Session
