Who doesn’t enjoy a good glass of wine?? In this short 3 hours, you will learn, what it takes to get that glass of wine on your table. We will touch briefly on history, Best practices for production, The process from start to finish, with some do’s and don’ts. We will discuss Grape and Fruit wines, the Pro’s and Con’s. The equipment, chemicals and yeasts, Sugar will be discussed in detail, This class is for any experience level of wine maker. Must be 21 years of age or older to register. Winemaking started as a hobby about eight years ago for instructor Glenn Davey, co-owner of Grandma’s Fruit Juice Winery. The Winery has been licensed now for three years as a “Native” Winery. 1 Session. Instructor: Glenn Davey.
