Ashton Koehlmoos is a personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and she began Resilient Mama Fitness & Lifestyle to be a place for women to fund trusted resources, information, and workouts that encompass every type of mama – even if they’re longing to hold a baby in their arms. No matter what journey you’re in, Mama, your fitness and health matter!
Breathe. It seems simple enough, but more times than not women simply aren’t breathing properly – not only during exercise but throughout their activities of daily living! Join Ashton as she walks us through the ways that we can improve and deepen our breathing to support our bodies. You’ll come away with some new ideas about how to focus on your health and exercise in a way that serves you!
$40 pre-registration fee includes a 90-minute presentation, fellowship with other mamas, and of course a complimentary beverage because talking about women’s health is hard and uncomfortable sometimes.
