Using mail merge for a multiple mailing not only saves you a lot of time but allows you to personalize your correspondence. This session will guide you through the steps of linking files in Microsoft Word and Excel to assemble a customized mailing to all your contacts with one formatted letter, form, envelope, label or email. Making your mail merge “intelligent” by using IF fields will also be taught. Hands-on instruction will be provided with Microsoft Word and Excel 2016 software. Twyla Vogel serves as the Northwest Iowa Community College Continuing Education Business Coordinator and is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist. She has a Business Administration Degree from Briar Cliff University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Sioux Falls. Twyla has many years of experience working with financial businesses and in teaching both basic and customized computer training. 1 session. Instructor: Twyla Vogel.
