Conducting performance conversations can produce anxiety for all parties involved, but it doesn’t have to. Enhance your ability to have candid conversations with your about their performance. Learn to keep your staff informed about expectations while increases your team’s effectiveness. There truly is a step-by-step process for planning conducting these conversations.

She is a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver. Denise enjoys finding and igniting the spark in every person. Her solid reputation helps make things happen while maintaining credibility and buy-in. Denise holds a BS in Business Organization and an MBA with emphasis in human resources.
