Whenever you’re not getting the results you want, it’s likely an important conversation either hasn’t happened or hasn’t been handled well. At the heart of healthy and high-performance organizations are people willing and able to hold crucial conversations. A crucial conversation happens between two or more people where the stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong. This course will give participants the skills to step into disagreements and resolve them once and for all.

Instructor: Denise Truckenmiller, MBA. Denise speaks from experience. She has been working in human resources, training and development for over 12 years. She is a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver. Denise enjoys finding and igniting the spark in every person. Her solid reputation helps make things happen while maintaining credibility and buy-in. Denise holds a BS in Business Organization and an MBA with emphasis in human resources. She is a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations©, Crucial Accountability©, Mental Health First Aid© and Reality-Based Leadership©.
