Join us for a Power Flow Yoga Pop-up Class on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 4:30 PM with Cris Van Ginkel. Power Flow yoga builds your yoga practice and mixes in a faster, more challenging flow and introduces more demanding postures. This class will strengthen your body’s foundation, build core strength and improve your metabolism. Oh, you’ll get a great sweat, too! Free for members –$8 for guests.
