Restorative Yoga Workshop

“Restorative yoga is the use of props to
create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health.” -Judith Lasater, the foremost expert on Restorative Yoga
It is a practice in and of itself for people of all ages, abilities, and stages of health. Restorative yoga is about opening rather than stretching, allowing the body to let go and rest. Props are used liberally in restorative yoga, as comfort is of utmost importance. In
this workshop, we will learn about the benefits of restorative yoga and the necessity of daily rest. More importantly, participants will feel the benefits of the practice in their own bodies through the practice itself.
Must have a minimum of 10 participants to hold this workshop.
