Top 3 in each division win Hy-Vee gift card prizes!No age groups – must be 18 years old to participate
Activities will be held on courts and in weight room.
Competition activities will include:
- Plate hold competition
- Dumbbell farmer carry competition
- Med ball toss competition
- Trap bar zercher carry competition
- Dumbbell bench rep off competition
