This class is designed for anyone wanting to learn the art of making wine, or turning your good homemade wine into GREAT wine. Tips, tricks, do’s and don’ts and everything in between will be included. Must be 21 years of age or older to register. Glenn Davey, instructor, is the owner of Grandma’s Fruit Juice Winery in Sheldon, IA. He started out 11 years ago as a winter time hobby that has now evolved into a licensed winery, using local produce whenever possible. 1 Session.
