Yin Yoga Workshop
Sunday, Sept. 29
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive form of yoga that safely stretches muscles and connective tissues. Poses are typically held for 3-5 minutes and are well-supported, allowing deeper layers of fascial release. Yin yoga is known to balance the physical, energetic, mental, and emotional layers of the body. It is the perfect complement to a more active yoga practice.
In this workshop we will explore the benefits of a yin yoga practice and experience a yin yoga practice that will help support the body during the transition into autumn.
Must have a minimum of 10 participants to hold this workshop.
