Free Group Fitness Classes Being Offered January 28 – February 3

Northwest Iowa Community College’s Lifelong Learning and Recreation Center is beginning a new set of 8-week classes. The classes are set to begin February 4. FREE fitness classes are being offered January 28 through February 3. Those that are wishing to participate in the free classes must be 13 years of age or older, with registration opening on January 19. The classes beginning on Sunday, January 28, are Zumba, TRX Boot Camp, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. That’s just the beginning. The rest of the week there will be opportunities to experience water aerobics, offered at the Holiday Inn, and more yoga and strength and tone classes. There are classes for everyone to enjoy.
All of the classes taught are designed to be challenging, but fun, and are taught by certified instructors, so you know it’s going to be a good workout. If you enjoy these classes, please sign up for the 8-week session that begins February 4. There is a five-person minimum, however, so if the registration does not show five or more people have signed up for the class, the class will not be offered that day. For more information about the free classes go to: nwicc.edu/llrc. Take advantage of the free classes, and enjoy a good workout!
