Accuplacer / ACT

High school students who enroll in college classes at NCC must meet the same admission requirements as all other students.

Admissions and the Director for Secondary Programs & Student Development work with counselors to communicate requirements to students.

Most high school students are part-time and non-NCC-degree seeking, so they only have to take Accuplacer or ACT when a course requires specific competencies (e.g., Math or Composition).
