Jebro, Inc.-Knife River Corp Heavy Equipment-Diesel Technology Scholarships Awarded

The purpose of the Jebro, Inc.-Knife River Corporation Scholarship is to support the achievements of students enrolled in the Northwest Iowa Community College Heavy Equipment or Diesel Technology programs. This year’s recipients of the $1,500 Jebro, Inc.-Knife River Corporation Scholarships are:

• Saul Ortiz, Hawarden, Heavy Equipment program
• Reid Van Voorst, Hull, Heavy Equipment program

These gentlemen have demonstrated good work habits and leadership qualities, attained high academic achievement, and expressed a desire to seek employment in the Heavy Equipment or Diesel Technology field in construction following graduation.
