Organize and distribute Children’s Bulletins.
Print and distribute monthly newsletter material received by the Communications Coordinator (CC)

Place summary of Elders’ and Consistory meetings into church mailboxes after receiving material from the Senior Pastor.

Organize and distribute the packet of material for Consistory meetings one week prior to the meeting. (Elders’ Minutes, Consistory Minutes, Team Meeting Minutes, Ministry of Visitation report and Financial Reports).

Put Words of Hope booklets in bulletin racks. Stuff mailboxes with articles of information.

Prepare Nomination Ballots for Elder and Deacon and place in mailboxes. A membership list is distributed with the ballots.

Order office supplies and contact appropriate people for maintenance of office equipment.

 OFFICE LIFE: The Communications Assistant (CA) will work their hours from the office to answer phones, take care of weekly tasks, greet members and visitors and assist them (to the best of their ability) with whatever administrative needs they might have, and to attend staff meetings.

The CA will be working closely with the (CC) to organize FRC’s publication materials and will receive direction in these responsibilities and others assigned on an as needed basis from the CC.

The CA will have the ability to coordinate a fluid and flexible schedule with the CC about covering office hours on a weekly basis; as long as one or both persons are in the office during scheduled hours.

The Communications Assistant will attend weekly staff meetings as scheduled by the Pastor.
