Website Crossroads Pavilion Event Center - City of Sheldon

Responsible for:

·       Managing Events, supervising part-time staff

·       Corporate Event details

·       Oversee event set up and part-time staff

·       Bartend

·       Inventory and Ordering Product

Event shifts are all hours—days, nights, weekends & holidays. Continued hours of work may be long and varied. Regularly scheduled office hours are Tuesday mornings and Wednesday afternoons (specific hours will vary).

·       Applicant must be 21 years of age.

·       Experience in working events at Crossroads Pavilion Event Center is preferred.

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ability to lead, supervise, train, and motivate a team.

·       Experience in bartending is preferred.

·       Must have basic math skills, the ability to handle money, and operate a cash register, POS system.

·       Experience working with computers (Microsoft Programs, Outlook)

·       Most possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.

·       Self-starter

·       Detail oriented

·       Willingness to learn and be adaptable.

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred.

Previous bartending experience preferred.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.

·       Ability to deal effectively and courteously with venue patrons, clients and co-workers
