The Diesel Service Technician will ensure the performance and maintenance of Bobcat machinery and other engine powered equipment for Automated Waste Systems in a climate controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the construction & agriculture industries and will enjoy working independently, but still in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction or agriculture equipment. Excellent troubleshooting capabilities within all diesel technology systems and componentry. For example: hydraulics, electrical etc. Work overtime as workload dictates. Proactively maintains a safe and clean work environment. Work independently as part of a team.

Required skills/abilities: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work well without supervision. Committed to lifelong learning and training to stay ahead of industry standards.

Education and Experience: 2-year Associate Degree in related field preferred or equivalent applicable experience. Applied knowledge of basic mechanical theory.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 70 pounds at times. CDL preferred or ability to obtain.
Ability to meet and maintain insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.
Must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.
