Part Time Hotel Front Desk

The brand new Fairfield Inn by Marriott is seeking applicants to join our Front Desk team as a Guest Services Representative.

The Guest Services Representative is the ‘brains’ of the hotel operation and is responsible for a variety of roles including, but not limited to:

*Checking guests into and out of the hotel

* Giving Directions

* Suggesting entertainment options

* Answering phone calls and making reservations

* Keep the lobby area looking great

* Handling Complaints

* Folding laundry

* Being the point person in the event of emergencies

The right applicant will have a history of customer service experiences with positive work references.

Benefits include Paid Time Off, and discounted hotel rates at over 6000 Marriott hotels worldwide. Starting pay for 1st and 2nd shifts is $15/hour with a $1 premium paid for any 3rd shifts worked – if needed. Review and potential increase after a successfully completed 90 day orientation period.

The more flexible your schedule allows you to be available to work with us (we are open 24/7/365), the better the fit for a role in our hotel. Must be available most weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) to be considered for employment with us. This opening would include at least every other Friday and Saturday overnight hours (11pm-7am). Additional hours may also be available depending on the above mentioned availability.
