Financial Analyst: We are looking for a Financial Analyst with strong MIS skills to meet financial reporting objectives, focusing on providing timely information for decision-making. Must be able to communicate with operations on financial performance and with IT/Programming staff on technical needs. Knowledge and experience working with tools such as Global Spreadsheet Server, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or other data analytic tools are desired. This is a Full-Time position reporting to the Controller. You will work with the CFO, accounting team, MIS department, and upper management to create and maintain desired reporting. This will include regular monthly duties in financial analysis and special projects as needed to support technological advancements and integration of accounting functions with operational programs in the company.

Incentives: $1500 Sign-On Bonus, $200 Annual Clothing Stipend

$65,000-$80,000 Salary – negotiable based on experience & education

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Develop and utilize spreadsheets and reports
  • Analyze and communicate financial information
  • Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
  • Provide support for all accounting departments (accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and equipment.)
  • Work with management, technical staff, and operations in determining processing and reporting needs
  • Prioritize and facilitate solutions through collaboration
  • Facilitate or manage special projects as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Consent to authorization of a pre-employment background check and drug test
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MIS, and/or finance with an emphasis in MIS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, yet also an enterprising, forward thinker.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Have advanced computer skills and work with new computer software
  • High level of reasoning abilities and accountability
