We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist/Customer Care Specialist to assist in daily bookkeeping and record keeping, financial reporting and the preparation of tax records. You will also be expected to provide a high level of customer care while talking to inbound callers and while making outbound calls.

Manage accounts receivable using QuickBooks software and other programs
Analyzing workflow processes
Comparing prices, terms of payment and other charges
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
1 year of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
Accounting software knowledge (QuickBooks)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of general ledger and chart of accounts
Reconciliation of financial statements
Handle confidential Information on a regular basis
Manage accounts transactions and monthly reporting
Providing support over the phone and by email for customers and employees
Resolve administrative issues with customers
Internet research, create journal entries, document management and retention
Assist other areas in the company and other duties as assigned

Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy. Preference give to prior bookkeeping experience.
Experience with popular computer software desirable.

Pay Range:  $17 to $20 per hour plus bonuses
