Reports To:  Director – Information Services

Status: Full Time (80 hours per two week pay period)


Provides end-user support and troubleshooting for all HRMC departments and personnel. Responsible to assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the local area network hardware and software. Responsible for telecommunications systems and support, overseeing interaction between computer systems, communication methods, and devices. In addition, participate in the installation and maintenance of these systems, including the repair and testing. Works with implementation of new technologies, rolling out new software, and upgrading and maintaining hardware.

A. Bachelor’s degree in Network & System Administration, Computer Science or Information Services or 2-4 years information technology experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

B. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Possess good verbal and written communication skills

C. Experience required in operating both large and small scale computer systems, and installing, maintaining, and configuring different operating systems, software, hardware and network topologies.
