Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Introduction: Join our team as a Marketing Assistant, playing a crucial role in supporting our Marketing department. If you enjoy a varied set of responsibilities, this position is for you.
As a Marketing Assistant, your duties will include:
Organizing trade show activities efficiently.
Finishing promotional materials for outside sales efforts.
Updating internal communications to keep everyone informed.
Maintaining and updating our website with new parts and ensuring a professional appearance.
Meeting company design standards in updating presentations.
Collecting and organizing photos for our website.
Handling various other tasks as assigned.
We are seeking an individual who is:
Organized, self-motivated, and maintains a positive attitude.
A good fit for our hard-working and motivated culture.
Familiar with Basecamp project management software or a similar platform (experience is a plus but not required).
Proficient in basic Office skills.
