Key Responsibilities
– Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues
– Support unscheduled repairs to help minimize downtime
– Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on production equipment
– Read and learn to interpret equipment manuals and work orders
– Help with equipment installations and facility updates
– Contribute ideas for process improvement
– Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas

Qualifications
– Currently enrolled in or recently completed a community college or technical program (maintenance, industrial technology, mechatronics, etc.)
– Strong willingness to learn and grow
– Reliable, dependable, and eager to gain experience
– Ability to read or willingness to learn to read schematics and manuals
– Basic troubleshooting or mechanical aptitude (training provided)
Strong attention to detail

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical
