Key Responsibilities

– Hang, paint, and unload parts in accordance with specified manufacturing schedules.
– Produce work that conforms to customer specifications and standards, emphasizing the importance of quality and accuracy from the start.
– Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other written instructions effectively.
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.
– Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements.

– Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow
– Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic
– Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment
– Occasional overhead work and frequent neck flexion and extension.
