The Receptionist will be responsible for all general duties, including answering phones, taking messages, greeting customers, etc. The Receptionist is a part-time to full-time position that will work 8:30 to 3:30 Mon. -Friday.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Solid experience working with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Responsible for all general receptionist duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting customers and employees. Postage runs with sorting and distribution of office mail or mailing packages via Fed Ex or UPS.
  • Manage office calendar for key executives
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of cleaning and office supplies
  • Assist COO and CEO with misc. requests, errands, letters, projects, bids, travel arrangements, conference calls, note-taking, etc.
  • Support key executives with scheduling meetings or appointments
  • Support and promote the company Website, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts
  • Assist with coordinating office events or luncheons.
  • Assist in routing marketing or solicitation calls to the applicable manager as well as advertisements, logos, sponsorships, newspaper ads, Bucky’s menu, and updating IRMA plant directories,
  • Assisting sales team by taking and directing calls as appropriate
  • Mail accounts receivable tickets to plants
  • Retrieve envelopes from Carquest for Office.

Position Requirements:

  • Consent to authorization of a pre-employment background check and drug test
  • Key competencies include strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, be well-spoken, have attention to detail, and be reliable
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
