Summary:   

Installs, maintains and provides support for Rosenboom hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: installations and repair to computer equipment, addressing user questions and issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment;
Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Office 365;
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software;
Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems;
Assists in call flow and user assistance ticketing system;
Competencies: 

Knowledge of computer hardware, components, and software, including applications and programming;
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing services to internal customers. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of satisfaction;
Must be able to work independently and perform a variety of tasks and assignments simultaneously;
Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time;
