Parts Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Parts Specialist to support our growing equipment dealership. This is a customer-facing role focused on helping customers find the right parts, managing orders, and keeping inventory flowing smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Assist walk-in and phone customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
Receive inventory
Manage and organize inventory levels for accuracy and availability.
Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction.
What We’re Looking For

Mechanical background or strong knowledge in agriculture equipment and/or semi-trucks preferred (we’ll provide training for the right candidate).
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills.
Customer-first attitude and clear communication skills.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
