Resident Assistant

The Pride Group is hiring resident assistants for our HAB homes in LeMars.  Our homes have 4 individuals, with mental health diagnosis, that require 24 hour supervision and support.

Some of the duties may include:

• Assisting with meal prep
• Dispensing medications
• Assisting with household chores
• Transporting residents to shopping and remaining with them to provide support
• Engaging with residents, such as playing  games, walks, and other interactive activities

Schedules allow the employee to sleep if scheduled on an overnight shift. Weekend hours are available.

Pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen are required.
