  • What are the hours of the LLRC?


    • Monday–Friday 5:00am–10:00pm
    • Saturday 5:00am–6:00pm
    • Sunday 1:00pm–10:00pm

    Summer Hours (Memorial Day–August 15)

    • Monday–Friday 5:00am–9:00pm
    • Saturday 8:00am–4:00pm
    • Sunday 2:00pm–7:00pm
  • Is there an indoor track?

    Yes. The laps per mile for our track are as follows:

    • Inside lane = 14 laps/mile
    • Middle lane = 13.25 laps/mile
    • Outside lane = 12.5 laps/mile
  • What type of equipment do you have at the LLRC?

    We offer a variety of cardiovascular and strength equipment including:

    • Weight machines
    • Free weights
    • Treadmills
    • Fitness bikes
    • Rowers
    • Stair masters
    • Different types of ellipticals

    The LLRC uses Matrix Fitness equipment, one of the world’s premier commercial fitness brands.

  • Can we play volleyball or tennis on your courts?

    Our basketball court divided into two courts.

    It is also a full size tennis and volleyball court.

    Our LLRC staff is happy to set up tennis or volleyball standards for you if you call 30 minutes ahead.

  • What are some of your facility features?

    Facility features include:

    • An aerobic studio for group exercise classes
    • A gymnasium with basketball, volleyball, tennis courts
    • Cardiovascular training equipment
    • Stair masters
    • Different types of ellipticals
    • Locker rooms
    • Walking/running track
    • Hand towel service
    • Available rentals of court and multi-use room
    • Vending machines
    • Free Wi-Fi
    • Onsite parking
  • Do you have a team practice policy?

    Traveling and AAU teams/coaches should first try to schedule practice time with their community schools.

    If their schools cannot meet their practice time needs, they can request gym time with the LLRC Coordinator.  Contact the LLRC Coordinator.

    Based on gym and facility schedule and availability, gym time and facility use may be granted to Traveling and AAU teams for a rental fee.

    NOTE:  Student and member use always gets first priority.
