Logging in to MyPlace

NCC has made some changes on how MyPlace authenticates. This has caused some issues on how some browsers connect to the site, usually caused by cached settings and stored passwords.

  • To resolve this issue, you can try clearing out your cache and cookies of your browser:
    https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser
  • Also, you might have to check for a stored password for the old site. Go into your web browser settings. Under the AutoFill section(Google Chrome), click Passwords. If there is a password listed for sso.nwicc.edu, please remove or delete it.
  • You can also try restoring your browser settings. In the settings screen, click Advanced(Google Chrome) and scroll to the bottom. Click the “Restore settings to their original defaults” and click “Reset Settings” to confirm.
  • Close your browser completely and try logging into MyPlace again.
  • Next, make sure you are not using an old bookmark. Directions on how to bookmark MyPlace.
