NCC Announces Enrollment is Now Open for High School Students in the Career Academy Program & Informational Parent Meetings

Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC) is thrilled to announce that enrollment is now open for high school students to join the Sioux Center Academy. This unique opportunity, starting in the fall of 2024, is designed for students entering their junior year of high school and offers specialized career pathways in Education, Engineering and Design, Healthcare, Information Technology, and Welding. The program, created in collaboration with local school districts, aims to provide students with a head start on their careers by offering both high school and college credits in specific career fields.

  • MOC-FV High School: March 11 at 6:30pm
  • Sioux Center High School: March 13 at 5:30pm, Black Box
  • Boyden-Hull High School: March 14 at 6:00pm, Auditorium
  • Rock Valley High School: March 21 at 6:30pm, Auditorium

Enrollment Details

Enrollment for the fall 2024 semester begins in March 2024 and runs through May 1st. Students from the following participating high schools can start their journey by contacting their high school guidance counselor for more details:
