NCC Celebrates Top 4 Recognition in National Automotive Program Contest

Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC) proudly announces its position as one of the top 4 finalists in the prestigious Tomorrow’s Tech 2023 School of the Year Contest, sponsored by O’Reilly Auto Parts and WIX Filters. While NCC did not clinch the top honor, its Automotive & Light Duty Diesel Program stands out as one of the elite in the nation, securing a commendable place among the other three distinguished top schools in this highly competitive contest.

Despite not winning the top prize, NCC’s achievement in reaching the final four is a testament to the excellence and dedication of its automotive program. As a token of recognition for their outstanding performance, NCC will be awarded a $500 gift card from WIX Filters. Additionally, the program will be featured on Tomorrow’s Tech’s website and in their newsletter, highlighting the quality education and training NCC provides to its students.

Mike Harvey, Brand Manager for WIX Filters, praised the finalists, “Each of the top 4 schools, including Northwest Iowa Community College, has demonstrated exceptional commitment to automotive education. Chuck Ball, an Automotive Instructor at NCC, expressed gratitude for the recognition. “Being among the top 4 is a significant achievement for us.
