NCC Sports Shooting Team Results from Saturday, September 25

The NCC Thunder Sports Shooting Team hosted Iowa Central Community College in their first conference meet of the 2021-2022 Sports Shooting competition season on Saturday, September 25, 2021.

NCC lost the competition 489 to 469.

The top 5 scores for NCC student-athletes were:

1. Sebastian Brock – 96
2. Cody Wintz – 94
3. Tucker Wall – 94
4. Alex Wilson – 93
5. Bryn Jones – 92

Coach Brian Lauck said, “Iowa Central has a strong team. But we looked pretty strong against them today. I liked what I saw from all of our student-athletes, but especially our first-year athletes in their first conference competition. And more importantly, I loved the sportsmanship and teambuilding I saw today. There were quite a few 25/25 rounds by athletes from both teams today, so it was a tough field of competition!”
