NCC Youth Summer Manufacturing Internship

WHO

Students ages 14–21 with interest in manufacturing

WHAT

An opportunity for students to learn valuable employability and safety skills and to intern at an area manufacturing business while earning 3 college credits and being paid $10 an hour for their time at their internship

WHEN

June 6–10 (on campus course work and OSHA 10 certification)

June 13–August 5 (Complete 60–80 hours total)

WHY

Learn valuable skills and experience in the manufacturing workplaceWelding, Engineering, Machining, Fabrication, Painting, Robotics, Assembly, Business Operations, General Manufacturing

PERKS

• $10 an hour for internship (up to 80 hours)
• 3 college transfer credits
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Safety gear provided (if applicable)
