Vehicle repairs and/or work must have instructional value.
Work is performed by students under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
This is hands-on learning environment and work/projects will take more time, timelines will be set at college’s discretion.
Repair bill MUST be paid before vehicle is released.
Vehicle will remain in the shop or on NCC property until repair/work is completed.
Parts purchased through NCC will have a mark-up to cover shipping and handling charges
NCC will have a charge for miscellaneous parts/materials if supplied by customer for the repair.
NO WARRANTY ON THE REPAIR PREFORMED OR EXPRESSED/IMPLIED.
No returns will be accepted after parts and/or vehicle leaves the NCC shop areas.
NCC is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles while on NCC property in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.
