Personal Training is an approach to health and fitness that implements one-on-one attention and motivation as well as attention to personal goals. Personal training sessions can incorporate cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and balance/core training. Let us help keep you accountable, add fun and variety to your workout, and develop a program suited to your needs.

Personal trainers will provide one-on-one assistance in the design and implementation of an exercise program tailored to meet individual clients’ goals, fitness level, and experience.

Small Group Personal Training Sessions

Personal trainers will provide group assistance in the design and implementation of an exercise program tailored to meet the small groups goals, fitness level, and experience.

    • Member Group Rate: $59/Non-member: $79
  • 6 Sessions
    • Member Group Rate: $99/Non-member: $145
  • 12 Sessions
    • Member group Rate: $174/Non-member: $249

Body Composition Testing

Having your body composition tested is a great way to see where you’re starting, gauge your workout progress, and see results beyond the scale. Our body composition will tell you how much body fat you have, how much lean mass you have, and give you a great measurement tool to track your fitness journey. By appointment only. Our certified personal trainers are committed to helping you achieve your personal goals in health. We understand your needs are unique and that a “one size fits all” program will not work for you. 

Janice Wielenga

Janice is a resident of Sheldon and has been part of the community since 1988. She has worked at Sheldon Hospital in the Rehab Department and the Wellness Center since 2004 and gained extensive knowledge and experience from this work. Janice is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been teaching classes for the last few years. Through continued education, Janice has been certified in multiple areas including: Total Body, Boot camp, Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training, Kid Fitness, and many others. 

Chelsea Glienke

Chelsea is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Transformation Specialist. She started her passion for fitness at a young age through many different sports including soccer, cross country, and basketball. Chelsea studied with the International Sports Sciences Association where she received her personal training certification as well as her nutrition and transformation specialization certifications. Chelsea can train all body types, ages, and specific goals. Along with that, she can give sound advice on nutrition revision to get you to your healthiest self.
